Please complete this form and submit this form to have your event added to the website, app and online calendar after your event has been approved.
You will be able to submit your completed flyer at the end of this form. Your image should be a HIGH RESOLUTION image. If you do not submit an image or your image is NOT HIGH RESOLUTION, the JMT logo will be added. SCREENSHOTS are not acceptable images.
Submit your request no later than 60 days before your scheduled event to allow sufficient time for setup and launch prior to your event.
